The disinterest of support team

I bought the "super value pack" for 12€ and got nothing. I wrote to the support team twice,sent the bill info that i was charged for it and nothing is happening. Not only an email that they are trying to do something with it. I am very displeased by such an attitude...

Usually, our suport team replies within 24 hours, but, as we said in the contact form (http://codigames.com/player-support-faqs/) They may take up to 72 hours to get back to you.

I am sure they will reply to you today :)

Well,it took them the whole weekend but they finally solved the problem.I got my gems,some bonus gems for the inconvenience and parts for the pet which was in the bundle...but... it took the whole weekend as i mentioned and i could use gems for proceeding better in the event(buying hearts or trying to get the 2x item)...my opinion is that there should be someone from support most of the time so they can solve problems faster than in three days...
